We only use the highest quality steels, materials and ancillary items. Certificates of conformity are supplied as a matter of course along with accredited heat treatment certification.
We have an ongoing commitment to using the very best CNC machinery and cutting tool technology. Having invested in six new machines within the last six years you can be assured that your tooling is being manufactured on the most accurate equipment.
Full design data is supplied with all moulds produced. A maintenance support plan can also be provided.

With every mould an information pack is provided with 2D and 3D drawings. We always archive drawings and can provide copies upon request.
A follow up maintenance programme package can be provided with staged check up, service and planned maintenance profiling.

Communications
We strongly believe in the value of open two-way honest communication. Changes can be easily adopted in the design and development stage or midstream tuning during manufacture if communicated at the earliest opportunity. If there is to be any impact to the agreed timings for any reason we believe it to be the best policy to discuss at the earliest point in order that contingencies can be actioned.
